Munitions destruction technologies

Disposed munitions are either incinerated, deflagrated or detonated in a controlled way. All postexplosion gases are purified by filtration system that protects the environment against pollution. Steel scrap created in the process is free from explosives and can be resold for reprocessing.

Additionally, the thermal energy from the destruction of ammunition can be used for heating buildings.
